Join River Oaks District for an open air market featuring The District’s restaurants and local makers and artists. Guests will experience local flavors, shop farm fresh produce from Hope Farms, see chef demos in action, get hands on with DIY eco-conscious workshops, tone up with Equinox classes, and shop locally made goods.

Benefitting Recipe For Success who combat childhood obesity by changing the way children understand, appreciate and eat their food and educate and mobilize the community to provide them with healthier diets. They are transforming lives by making healthy food fun, tasty, affordable, easy and accessible with programs that teach, inspire and empower healthy eating.
Recipe for Success will be onsite with their Hope Farms Rolling Green Market filled to the brim with freshly harvested organic veggies ready for you to take home, along with some delicious fun for all ages, including tastings, easy recipes and games like Veggie Jeopardy, Carrot Peeling Contests, Garden Haikus and help signing up for their free VegOut! Challenge game. They will also have a traveling version of our Hope Farm Store with aprons, cookbooks, t-shirts and fun, food related gifts for sale.
